Hot Stone Massage
This is a healing method using hot stones. These stones are from local rivers or mountains, partly of volcanic origin. The hot stones transfer energy and warmth to the muscular tensions.
Effect: relaxation, purification, revulsion of negative or heavy energies, increase the frequency of energetic vibrations.

Harmony-Massage
Here we use Swedish massage techniques, acupressure and stones. A massage for the back, neck, head and face.
Effect: relaxation, deblocks muscular contractions, harmonizing, desintoxicating, elevates energetic vibrations.

Shamanic massage
Massage using shamanic methods, especially good for the back and column.

Massage "Buddhas Steps"
A massage using the feet to press blocked muscles; applied on the whole body.
Effect: loosens emotional, physical and mental blocks, especially recommended in times of increased stress or crisis.

Reflexology
This massage is applied on your feet, legs and knees, using and activating the key points and meridians of reflexology.
Effect: drainage, anti-inflammatory, activates the blood circulation, relaxing and balancing.

Holistic therapy
A treatment where we use Swedish massage techniques, Reiki, reflexology, the massage "Buddhas Steps" and the Mayan Oracle.
Effect: healing of the physical, emotional and mental body, reencounter with your soul and inner being.

Mayan Oracle
The Mayan Oracle is a profound encounter with your essence and spirituality, our connection to the Divine and the elements. A Mayan Oracle is a great gift for your soul. (Birth date needed)
