The Restaurant "Elqui Indomito" is a small restaurant in Alcohuaz, within the "Refgugio Elqui Indomito", where you can enjoy your meals surrounded by the pure nature of the Precordillera.
Alcohuaz is situated at about 14 kms from Pisco Elqui, ascending.



Opening hours: Lunch; one menu daily Thursday to Sunday, only with reservation

Thursday: 
Entrada. Locos (local scallops) with green sauce or Carpaccio from Salmon.
Main dish. Pasta with prawns and garlic.
Dessert.

Friday:
Aperitif / Starters
Main dish. Salmon with rosemary, baked potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Dessert.

Saturday:

Main dish.Smoked chops with mixed vegetables. Seasonal salad.

Main dish. Lemon chicken with side dish and seasonal salad.
