The Restaurant "El Durmiente Elquino" is a very cozy and friendly place to eat.

Our restaurant offers various parts where to eat, like a terrace with bonfire in the nights or a dining room with constant expositions, for example pictures of the local painter Cecilia Chepillo or old fotos of the region.
Soon we will show an exposition of Cactus from Patricio del Pino.

We work with ecological and natural products of our region, like goat cheese from Horcon, asparagus from Tres Cruces or home-made bread and pizzas. Some of our specialties are "Cazuela de ave o vacuno" (a Chilean-style soup with vegetables and chicken or beef meat) or "Carne mechada" (typical Chilean plate with beef meat). All our dishes are prepared with a lot of dedication and diligence. Together with your meal we can offer you one of the excellent wines of the region.
